Ian has been in public practice for over 20 years, and is personally invested in working with seniors, professionals, small business owners, and small not-for-profit and charity organizations.
When looking to grow the firm, Ian feels that clients should be able to see the ‘value’ in the services they have requested and to be able to connect with their accountant at a moment’s notice.
Shane Tenhage, CPA
Partner
After earning his Bachelor of Accounting (Co-op) from Brock University, Shane moved to Alberta to join the team at Swainson Alexander. For the past 9 years, he has been working with clients in all fields to address their unique accounting needs.

When looking to grow the firm, Shane is looking to provide a very hands-on experience for the clients, so they can experience the benefits only available at a small accounting firm.
Trygg Jensen, CPA
Staff Accountant
Trygg comes to the firm with a Bachelor of Business Administration (concentration in Accounting) from NAIT in Edmonton. Trygg obtained his CPA designation in February 2023 after passing the Common Final Examination (CFE). Trygg is excited to provide answers to whatever questions the firm's clients may have.
Ana Lesondra
Staff Accountant
Ana is the most recent staff member to join the team. Ana graduated from University of San Augustin with a Bachelor of Science (focus in Accounting). Ana hopes to use her 13 years of experience with an auditing firm in Dubai to serve our Canadian clients as efficiently as possible.
Travis Kletke, CPA, CA,
Partner
After earning his red seal journeyman's certificate in carpentry, Travis went back to school and earned his CPA, CA designation. For over 12 years, Travis has been helping clients from all different industries and backgrounds, including Agriculture and Construction, which are both of personal interest to him.
When looking to grow the firm, Travis sees the importance of building connections with his clients through exceptional service and trusted professionalism.
Nicholas Leavitt, CPA
Staff Accountant
Nick earned his CPA designation in early 2022 after having successfully completed the 2020 CPA Common Final Examination (CFE). Nick carries a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge. He is eager to provide a personal level of assistance and attention for all our clients.
